Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, Faculty Chair of the Leadership Initiative, and one of the world's top experts on leadership and innovation. Recognized among the world’s top management thinkers, most recently ranking #4 in the Thinkers50 (2025), she also received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award (2015) and was named an Innovation Luminary at the FEI25 Awards (2025).
Hill has authored or co-authored many influential and award-winning books, articles, and multi-media programs, including the acclaimed Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation, named by Business Insider as one of "The 20 Best Business Books" and selected for the inaugural Thinkers50 Booklist of management classics.
